This is an important move forward for Scroll and DAO governance generally. We need to build pipelines to influence in DAO governance systems, which come with knowledge and capacity building. We should be thinking about this as a long term structure for channeling stakeholders from across the network into positions of power with the support and access to knowledge they need to become effective delegates.
