A message to the community and ecosystem: Pharus, its experienced governance team will review all proposals published in the Scroll ecosystem and only support the ones that benefit the ecosystem. The votes they cast will be explained with their rationales on social media accounts and communication channels. This way, everyone delegating their voting power to Pharus will have brief summary info about the proposals.
