I previously led customer experience including sales, onboarding, customer success, and support at athenago.com (team of 2,000+, $XX million+ ARR). I've worked closely with Scroll to build the governance platform (https://gov.scroll.io) and airdrop claim site (https://claim.scroll.io), and have advised Scroll on all things governance—like its voting processes, optimizing its Governor's parameters—you name it.
