I've worked closely with Scroll to build the governance platform (https://gov.scroll.io) and airdrop claim site (https://claim.scroll.io), and have advised Scroll on all things governance—like its voting processes, optimizing its Governor's parameters—you name it. I'm here to help Scroll DAO work toward optimizing its governance health.

The nuances of the budget aren't perfect, and I don't think this training is absolutely essential -- but the proposal authors have thoughtfully addressed delegates concerns in the forum thread; I perceived all parties involved as high integrity, competent, and acting in good faith; and I'm directionally aligned with a more informed delegate group.
