Hi everyone,

My web3 name is EzR3aL and I have been into crypto since 2016. Currently I am a full-time delegate at the AaveDAO, Arbitrum & ZKSync. Main focus areas are DeFi and lately also gaming infrastructure. I previously worked as a project manager where my main role was to optimize processes in a multi-billion euro company, where I was leading teams between 15-30 people. At Aave I worked on proposals like Strategic Opportunity Framework for Friendly Forks and Whitelabel Instances, asset listings and also supporting the DAO where I can with BD work, like onboarding partner to the Aave DAO, supporting them in the proposal creation process and evaluating proposals on the governance forum as well as pushing GHO as a decentralized stablecoin.

The reason to join the Scroll DAO is to expand into more, and especially different L2, especially in this case a zkEVM. I have always preffered EVM compatible chains and Dapps, so this is a natural and logical addition for me.

I am well connected withing the DeFi ecosystem and having different contacts and partner at CEX.
