ODTÜ Blockchain, a student-led community from Middle East Technical University (METU), we are excited to join the Scroll Network as a delegator. Since our founding in 2021, we have been deeply involved in the Turkish and global blockchain ecosystems, actively contributing to education, innovation, and collaboration. Our mission is to build a dynamic and forward-thinking community that nurtures future blockchain developers, thought leaders, and pioneers.
