Launamu here! I'm passionate about transforming web3 governance into a force for true inclusion from financial inclusion to decision making and development. Drawing from my public policy expertise and 2+ years researching and evaluating impact in the web3 space, I push for data-driven decisions that make Scroll's ecosystem more accessible, useful and equitable for everyone.

Over the last couple of months, I've observed closely the work the Scroll team has done, specially in emerging markets such as Latam, to provide access to their tech to builders in their own language and for their own needs. This for me is the corner stone to understand what is needed for an L2 to stop competing over the existing builders but open their community beyond and grow the pie of users for this technology.

I look forward to bring my expertise in digital and product adoption in emerging markets and ZK tech to the Scroll Community along my seasoned and tested experience in web3 governance and grant program development so we can build for the needs of people at the edge of this technology.
