Hey! I'm Ihor Bielov (also known as leyzerok) — an active Scroll Contributor! I truly believe in Ethereum! Driving initiatives as Head of Communications at Ethereum Ukraine and ETHKyiv.

I've been deeply committed to Scroll since 2023, actively contributing to its initiatives and driving growth through social channels, community efforts, and events. My participation in key Scroll hackathons — such as V0RTEx 01, Level Up, and others — have provided me with invaluable opportunities to actively engage with builders across the Scroll ecosystem.

I'm dedicated to representing the community’s voice and leveraging my expertise to make thoughtful, impactful decisions for the Scroll ecosystem.

At Scroll, decentralization should extend beyond governance — it must empower builders, validators, and users to have an equal stake in the protocol’s evolution. For me, decentralization isn't just a principle but a continuous process of giving the community real ownership and power.
