• Act in the best interest of the Scroll ecosystem
• Disclose any potential conflict of interest and abstain from a vote if it affects my ability to vote fairly
• Communicate my voting reasoning on all proposals
• Do my best to reach-out to token-holders and help them redelegate in the event I have to stop participating in the Scroll governance
