Delegate Statement

I am a RaidGuild DAO member, Consortium Lead of WID3.XYZ, and researcher from Eastern Europe who wants to see Scroll's technology be used for more than financial applications.

With applications like digital identity and digital public infrastructure in small jurisdictions on mind, I stand for an evidence-based protocol policy approach.

To see Scroll succeeding, we must

  1. leverage its technology for more than Web3-centric applications,
  2. reconcile principles decentralised governance with large-scale stakeholders, and,
  3. apply an outcome-oriented approach to DAO operation and grant giving.

Top Issues

Builders
Builders
Scroll will be irrelevant without builders contributing and developing on top of Scroll. I am advocating for developer-centric policies that are prudent and keep budgets in check.
Community
Community
Community is important, but is all too often as having a large Discord server or some shiny events. I stand for a bottom-up approach instead.
Privacy
Privacy
Privacy is what got me into Web3, let's use the tools and technologies to actually deliver on privacy-centric architectures and applications.
Governance
Governance
Governance of DAOs and Web3 should be done in an evidence-based and participatory approach.
Decentralization
Decentralization
Let's truly decentralise distributed systems instead of appearing as decentralisation is just a means to avoiding regulation.
