Some possible alternatives include: Weighting rewards by combining participation with voting power, ensuring that both the quality and the magnitude of commitment are acknowledged. Providing an additional incentive for high-voting-power delegates who participate consistently, encouraging their active involvement in governance. This would create a more balanced system that promotes broad participation while also ensuring quorum and strengthening the legitimacy of DAO decisions.
