We are The Monsters, an NFT collection arriving on Scroll this Halloween. Our goal is to empower the NFT community to actively participate in Scroll's governance. Improving and scaling Scroll is a shared responsibility, and we’re here to make sure our voices are heard.
We believe in transparent, inclusive, and community-focused governance. We want everyone to join in the decision-making process, sharing their ideas and perspectives.
We’re excited about the chance to help improve Scroll and to create a space on our website for discussing and collaborating on proposals that will elevate governance in Scroll to new heights.

My vote is AGAINST, as I believe this proposal has a flawed design. It is not reasonable to reward a delegate with 100 tokens the same way as one with 100k tokens. Voting power is a critical factor and is currently not being properly recognized. This creates a disincentive for large delegates, who are essential for reaching quorum. We are facing a structural issue: major delegates are not participating in votes, and as a result, many proposals risk becoming invalid. To address this, the DAO should adjust the incentive structure. Some possible alternatives include: Weighting rewards by combining participation with voting power, ensuring that both the quality and the magnitude of commitment are acknowledged. Providing an additional incentive for high-voting-power delegates who participate consistently, encouraging their active involvement in governance. This would create a more balanced system that promotes broad participation while also ensuring quorum and strengthening the legitimacy of DAO decisions.
