Hy, I'm ZER8, a creative and telecomm engineer, active in web3 since 2017. Full time contributing to Ethereum DAOs since 2020 and actively contributing to 1Hive, Gitcoin, Arbitrum DAO. Through this experience, I have gained extensive insights into the functioning of DAOs, the patterns they follow, and the behaviors of their members. I'm a firm believer that on-chain operations surpass off-chain alternatives and that web3 needs native experiments, mechanisms, and tools to facilitate this new era.

My last four years in web3 have 100% been spend in DAOs where I've been reviewing and managing grant programs. In my spare time I contribute to the public goods ecosystem where I help consult/onboard projects to web3 and as well as evangelize for this area of web3 at events. My expertise is in grant program management public goods , growth marketing and a big fan of pozitive sum experiments. More about me here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/zer8/

Want to do my part in helping Scroll be as credible neutral(governance and process wise) as possible, help nurture its grant programs with the experience I've accumulated, onboard builders to the ecosystem and also represent it in Eastern Europe(a very underrepresented area in web3). As Gregorian creatures, tools make us smarter, and by leveraging web3 native tooling, we can ensure that web3 becomes the true next iteration of the internet. Big believer of auditable bottoms-up efforts, decentralization that makes sense and experiments.

Builders
Builders
I believe the best way to onboard builders into an ecosystem is to align and decentralize incentives for them while creating pipelines.
Decentralization
Decentralization
On decentralization I believe common sense can help Scroll save a lot of energy and resources.
Experimentation
Experimentation
Experimentation is the way forward, but auditable experimentation in an even and decentralized playground is even better.
