Hello, I’m Seiryu. I am a researcher currently working at the PBS Foundation, a non-profit established to fund research in areas connected to PBS. I am a strong believer in rollups, as they are central to Ethereum’s roadmap for scaling. I aim to represent those who care about the sustainability of the network as much as I do. Being involved in research and non-profit work, I believe I can act within the DAO without conflicting incentives, fully committed to its best interests.
As a delegate, my focus is on community and growth. I believe there is a significant community presence in East Asia, but it is often fragmented and underrepresented compared to other regions in the ecosystem. My primary goal is to engage with these communities, support their development through grant programs, and help foster connections that encourage collaboration and innovation.
For growth, my main focus is research. I am deeply committed to advancing key principles such as censorship resistance, neutrality, and decentralization. I believe further research into decentralization, specifically research into shared sequencing, can significantly enhance security, censorship resistance, and neutrality for the benefit of everyone in the ecosystem.
Areas of interest: Economics, Decentralization, Neutrality, Privacy and ZK.
I will do my best to serve as a delegate and contribute to the development of the ecosystem, with a focus on research, growth and community. I speak Italian, English, and Japanese.
